All top 50 poorest per capita countries are Africans. All top 50 countries with lowest sanitation accessibility are all Africans. While India pulled 271 million out of poverty in last 8 years alone. FDI, GDP everything is growing at the fastest pace. Nigeria crossed India to have the highest number of poor. India's extreme poverty stands at 13%. That's around 170 million. It may be too much in population but in proportion it's better than most developing & semi developed countries. The African continent has more than 60% living below extreme poverty.
