Rich may get richer but also poor are getting increase in income slabs. India's middle class grew from 21% to 33% in the last 8 years. India needs to improve on per capita but the OD issue isn't related to any of that. It's mostly due to lack of awareness, water accessibility & all. Things have improved a lot.
