The syndromes are usually named after the people who are first to diagnose them, in this case two people named Prader and Willi.   22. 90000 people go missing on a daily basis in the US alone. 40% of murders in the US go unsolved. 20% in the UK with at least 180000 people going missing every year. The internet is (still) free and full of info, you don't have to wonder about things. Social media is just a small portion of it, and a sure source for ignorance and stupidity.
