  23. Nurse Melle needs to take A LOT of money off this NHS Trust. He overheard her talking on the phone to the doctor about the best way to treat this patient - someone who is manifestly male but who insists that he is female. That was when she said 'he' which gave the 'Trans' convict the meltdown. Another awful thing is that because he insists that he is female, his crimes will be recorded as having been committed by a female, thus messing up the records, which are used for future policy. Is he in a women's prison? If he is in a men's prison, he will be segregated, so will not be exposed to 'prison justice'.

His father didn't like this, and threw them out (traumatic for a young child?). The father was a homophobe and was terrified that his son was gay.
