  19. You mentioned how little SD spends on education but not the outcome of that spending. I live in the mpls area where the spending per pupil is double other areas of the state. Guess what - you can’t throw money at a problem and expect good results. Mpls students do poorly compared to other school districts. I’ll leave you to your own conclusions lest I be called one of the many words the left likes to use when the truth comes their way
