'Vote for the crook not the Nazi' In Britain you can do both at once.
274
😂 They're going to learn that everyone just tolerated them because they were fellow EU members.
252
The ban on the import of goods created from deforestation is fine example of the wonderful progressive laws the EU can now pass without the impediment of Tory Britain, brexit is working brilliantly.
196
England sends its criminals to the house of lords rather than the big house.
178
English empire exceptionalist xenophobia meets 21st century globalist economic reality.
177
The reason brexit has moved from a mere disaster to a calamitous clusterfuck is that there is no effective opposition.
169
Why would the EU want to get rid of Johnson? While he's PM everyone can get whatever they want from England. 😎
149
"Plastic drinks caps should be allowed to roam freely in the streets and rivers, because they're happy British caps." Probably Jacob Rees-Mogg.
128
It's brilliant that the EU doesn't have the UK whinging and moaning and holding it back anymore.
121
Who cares what the English government says, Scotland should just take their freedom.
113
You should be in favour of Scottish independence Phil, you may need asylum one day. Fascist regimes tend to not to treat their critics nicely.
101
Last time I was this early England was a valued member of the international community.
97
Hate Musk? Abandon X, it's that simple.
93
The one time Patels vicious xenophobia actually had a reasonable scientific basis she was overruled. 😆
82
A pity Afghanistan is landlocked and on the other side of the world, Boris could've sent a RN frigate down to fly the union jack and give Johnny Turban a trousers down six of the best like he did to new boys at Eton.
80
EU: ... You are special all right... Now bend over.
78
Insects can be an inexpensive source of protein and if you're going to prostitute yourself for food ask for Euros or Dollars.
69
Who would've thought "f**k buisness" was the only oath Boris has kept in his life. 😂
68
Congratulations, you've finally understood that Putin has been engaging in an asymmetrical war with the West for the last 10 years, putting imbeciles in power in crucial countries with bribery and disinformation, welcome to the main game.
64
Sunak simply needs to legislate that everything has been solved and there is now no need for further disagreement.
63
She's not a coward, she is the exact opposite, foolhardy. She seems totally without any morals or ethics, willing to lie cheat and kowtow to the most obnoxious people in order to further herself.
63
I don't have a problem with the EU's invocation of article 16, its a nice reminder to the NI unionists that they are at the complete mercy of the EU for their supply of food and medicine and their society simply cannot continue without it, and they have no input into the process......Unless. The whole world is sick of them and wish they'd drop their opposition to reunification, the republic of Ireland is their only friend in the world and its only within it that they can have representation so they'd better get on with it.
62
A posh accent is definitely a plus in British politics, the English have been trained to obey "their betters" just because of the way they speak even if they talk bollocks.
61
This is exactly why the Soviet Union collapsed, they weren't clever enough to put cardboard cut outs of items that were in short supply.
56
All the extreme Right parties have quietly dropped it from their policy platforms just a commitment to "discuss" it.
54
He's definitely following the Trump lead of blatant lying and banking on voters to just be lazy and take them on face value.
53
@highdownmartin Thats why the likes of Trump and Johnson are elected, the average dope is just about intelligent enough to know that they have a shit life because they are stupid and lazy and so they resent anyone else who is more intelligent and hard working, thus they vote for someone who reflects their "values and ethos" (such as they are), this is why we say: Every country gets the leaders it deserves.
50
What part of "let the bodies pile high in their thousands" don't people understand?
45
The public did know what they voted for, they just assumed that because they were English the rules wouldn't apply to them.
45
You need to understand that the EU doesn't need to do anything, time is on its side. Every day the DUP shrink more into irrelevance and a united Ireland comes a bit more closer, very soon the problem will not exist.
44
Ah football and politics, two of my favourite subjects. England, a country where footballers are more intelligent than politicians.
44
@gulliverthegullible6667 Indeed, I'm dismayed at the humanitarian benevolence of the EU, if it was up to me I'd be waiting till England was at the urine drinking stage before I'd reconvene negotiations.
42
Bad behaviour should be punished not rewarded.
41
It's been hilarious watching Poland and Hungary fall into line with the rest of civilisation, obviously they see Putin as a bigger threat than which toilets transsexuals use.
40
I remember that, then he complained about the supermarket staff and when he complained to the manager he was told that staff had to reflect local community.
40
Everyone is pecking on the carcass of brexit Britain. 👍
40
OMG the covid virus and the brexit virus has interbred! 😲
40
There is a scenario that you haven't really considered Phil- The Tories can't call an election because no one is really in charge, they're just a rudderless ship drifting towards the waterfall of January while the crew fight amongst themselves.
37
Phil: "No point moaning at Labour for not explicitly backing a reversal of brexit and angering brexiters." No they're too busy expelling Ken Loach.
37
Putin doesn't need to invade the UK, it's already part of the Russian empire.
37
@MartinParnham Indeed, I'm sorry.....we were caught...😒
36
She's also of Indian heritage where starvation was also used by the British as a method of control.
33
I sincerely hope the EU will not fold, any sort of a deal would represent a victory for the Tories and brexiter loonies. They should walk away for a year or so, plenty of time for the UK economy to disintegrate and the UK and the Tories along with it. The prize is within their grasp they could be rid of them forever, or else they'll have to deal with an ever resentful hostile crypto fascist state in their midst.
33
And while at school taunted a Jewish student by making a gas hissing sound as he walked past, as testified by a fellow student.
33
Loath as I am to quote Cromwell but "You have sat too long here for any good you have been doing, depart, I say, and let us have done with you. In the name of God, go".
32
When all this madness has blown over history will be very kind to him - The man who saved Britain in another darkest hour.
32
The EU is collapsing. With laughter. 😂
32
@stmounts Australia is a decentralised modern federal state the UK is a feudal ex empire with the superficial trappings of democracy.
31
The great northern Ireland potato crisp famine, oooh the humanity! 😂
31
The UK is staggering along like a crippled insect.
