  1. If the kids are constantly hungry, they have bigger problems than learning. Call social service, not school chef.

  2. Well, there's some truth in there... The guy apparently doesn't know the difference between causation and correlation. Kids skipping breakfast are likely from broken families or single parents, therefore they don't do well in school. It doesn't necessarily mean skipping breakfast is the cause, but that they are less likely to have the same resources as rich kids.
