Overonator Chinese consumers, especially the new class of urban elites, are just catching on the "organic" movement. If it sounds right, they'll buy. I agree that given China's population and available agricultural land, what she builds is not sustainable. But she's a business woman. She just want to make a buck by building China's version of Whole Foods.

Given China's population and available agricultural land, China has no choice but to go high tech (e.g. Monsanto and DuPont) if they want to be self-sufficient. But, that's not her problem. She's an investor. She tells a story (even bringing in her grandma) and tries to build Chinese version of Whole Foods catering to the new urban elites of China.
