So yeah, they were forced to, incompetent and people's stupidity forced them to take the badge and enforce the law. People are too dumb, they break the law. Why don't you think a bit? @canyoncity9720 And you can't prove that this is a dictatorship, a dictatorship is really different, you would be a slave if that happens. The negative things happen because of human flaws, but they need to be cover up to maintain an image of the absolute force, or at least as close as it can be to an absolute force. Kings can't show weakness, because others will come and destroy him. Make God bleed, faith will be lost, chaos will happen. Now this system isn't as radical or inhumane as the church and the crown but it does have the flaws that nobody can fix. So I suggest you adapt. One little rebellion against police, security is lost, thousands might die. It didn't get there because the police tried their best to stop the rebellion, I suggest you do some thinking.

A flat tax is fair, because everybody willingly give a part to society, but forcing some people to pay much, much more, it is theft. The current tax rate is already stealing massively, and the rich is accepting it just because it's necessary to the society to exist.

No it is not, for a chemical compound to be legally sold on the market, it has to be proven safe to use through mass testings. America rejects foreign tomatoes on the grounds of chemical compound in the soil, which is much harder to realize than the immediate harmful effect of the cannabis. Injecting something not that safe into your brain is not wise, dummy, have some sense of dignity.

@jugjivan What part don't you understand about self defense, idiot. The army doesn't need lethal weapons to engage. We're not intent to kill the entire caravan. No, the army is there to provide human resource, as in if the border patrol, agents that can't subdue the caravan, they will help out as in how they were instructed to. It's in the President power to order this. As in how the President can signals operations and defense when the country is under attack, a similar interpretation can be done with a "group" of few thousand people breaking into the country. The way people act according to the law can be based on how we interpretate law, maybe you would like to read Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation, he did made up an entire new kind of power. But we allowed it anyway because it was the reasonable interpretation. The same applies here, military can do whatever the President deems necessary, they just need to interpret the action into their own terms. The 1878 act doesn't mention anything about defending the border, that's their roles, not the police. First thing if you want to study law, kid. Learn to think first.

@jugjivan US Laws allows for it, unfortunately, unless you're living in some kind of bubble made up from false information, you'll see that most of them will not get it in time and they'll just break through the border.
