That's basically Communism! That's not what Equity is. Equity it's about offering things to people based on their different needs. There should be equality under the law and fairness but not offering equality in other things such as education type, salary level, medical care, etc, bcoz things and needs differ! equal fairness, yes. equality besides under the law, no thanks. Who would want to get a similar salary for a much harder work as somebody who works a much less hard work?! or to get the same medical care no matter if you had a sprained ankle or diabetes?! doesn't diabetes need more medical care and frequent testing? see what i mean?

  35.  @Rathkryn  They re-criminalized a lot of crimes back, and what you're talking about was related mostly to thefts of under $800 or so. The FBI confirms crimes have been reduced significantly in many parts of the country.

Certainly the current Philly mayor and the current governor of Pennsylvania are doing as much as they can to be tougher against crimes and to take proper measures, however the fault sometimes lays on the prosecutors.
