There is no "out of control lawlessness" in Philly or anywhere in Pennsylvania, the police arrived fast at the scene and the youngsters were just copying what they see in movies, no real destruction of property occurred, and the current mayor of Philly is one of the most relatively conservative in the history of the city!! as is the current governor of Pennsylvania!! Although both are Democrats!! Things are getting cleaned up in this region, though maybe not as fast as some would like.

Bcoz eugenics is actually bad for trying to improve the kind of people you have in your country?! Genes get passed down, so if disabled or psycho people have kids it means your country will continue to have some or many of those kinds of people depending on how many children they breed! unless their gene defects can be cured.
