@nickjohnson710 The influence of JC Fuller and BH Liddel-Hart one the Germans is greatly exaggerated. Neither is referenced in any German documents, lectures or accounts written pre-WW2. Instead, after WW2, when interviewing German officer prisoners Liddel-Hart would ask them if they had read his and Fuller's work. And, wanting to appease one of their victors and perhaps gain better treatment, the Germans agreed that 'of course' they were influenced by Liddel-Hart and his mentor. Heinz Guderian in particular included flattering references to them both in the English language edition of "Panzer Leader" that were absent in the original German edition.
