If you have 5 candidates and you are doing 3 hours of interviews (assume a few are less than an hour) that is 15 hours for one company person. If you have 4 people that is 60 hours or more than a work week! I will leave behind my standard tip to job searchers: STOP POSTING THESE VIDEOS! The potential employers see them and, frankly, they show a lack of judgement and are automatic disqualifiers.
