  2. It could have been handled better, but I don't fault the park here, a kid that overweight shouldn't be going on any sort of ride of that type. The stress on the heart is already going to be significant without the stress of the ride.

  3. It's batter, but yes, this is already illegal. Assault would require that it be done in a way that the victim knew it was happening. Battery is just the actual contact.

  6.  @jackieeeap2  It's cheaper to just offer pickup service than it is to have an employee walking with a customer from shelf to shelf unlocking things.

  7.  @LynXthecat1  If he couldn't swim, he wouldn't have been so far out that nobody could get to him in time. Most likely it was a cramp or cold shock, neither of those go away if you know how to swim.
