  1. It definitely was down, it's tough to see, but if you slow the video down, you can clearly see that the gate is down. This sort of thing is why they built a massive pedestrian overpass next to T-Mobile Park in Seattle to discourage people from trying to cross the tracks when the gates were down and the chime was sounding.
