  1. Collusion, no. Russian interagent workings...yes. But it's nothing new, nothing that the US doesn't do to other nations, as well. Look at the internet, overall. People get alot of info from and about the US. This already influences thought, in a major way, and people don't even really have to 'target' anything to make said influence work for the US. Funny that. But other nations have to FOIST their influence on the US, in order to even accomplish having an effect from said influence. In otherwords the US doesn't even have to try to influence other nations, and it does- and yet, it still has interagent-intranational workings/agendas.
