  1. People should really be making an artistic front, among other fronts, in this zeitgeist. We live not only trying times but ultimately great times [or, rather, they have to be treated with great deference, because of the situation we find ourselves in, as collective nations].

  2. Boring sucks. Interesting is better. Minimalism sucks. Minimal thinking, minimal creativity, minimal objectivity. Everything is in the process of being made simpler and simpler, to the point where boredom belays necessity. Sort of like a computer reboot.
