Clearly, A: it would be viable to increase your ability to absorb [and breakdown] cellulose by enzyme production [hypothetically], and B: clearly "soy" has some nutritional benefits [I don't know if there is some political reason due to farming practices, etc, to disparage the fact of soy in our food supply]. I'll just state these fairly obvious factoids, out right.
