It, like money, corrupts everything it touches, making people vie, vie for things that aren't real: and what's worse, these fools, make things worse, instead of better, believe whatever nonsense they need to to "push through" the effort [to believe? yes, to merely believe their own bullcrap], an what is "true" simply begins to lack and sort of relevance.
