  1. Duty to retreat is the most idiotic thing ever. It literally is enough to make a person...well, let's just say, whoever came up with that shit needs to understand how it feels to be attacked in your home by invaders...really...before they can make such LUDICROUS rules. The masses are MORONS...can they handle tactics like that...you have an intruder so you "retreat" to provide safety for the INTRUDER...I think that puts everyone in more danger than ever, no? consider not many people are fucking trained to deal with situations like this...oh well, it's crazy, but I guess, people be damned, especially if they are like your grannies or people who can't readily run, or defend themselves well- they have no choice but to be assaulted by someone who probably knows a bit more about confrontation than alot of home owners who just do a nine to five to come home and expect to be safe and not attacked by someone.
