  1. Econometrics are shit. Wages stagnate and prices continue to go up, because of urban sprawl being the overarching goal, instead of a more fair market place, where people do not have to absorb into metropolis cities (and/or outskirts of said cities) and thusly make concentrated that socialist trash heap that keeps insisting for better "living wages" when retail, property, and food prices continue to soar, due to their population density soaring just the same! And then the overburdensome regulation and subsidies, and the lack of immigration reform, that just compounds everything.
