  1. Layer or shade Yeah, shit is still happening, in your head, as you're aware and lucid of the fact that you're in a dream. You can fly around but that doesn't mean there won't be agents chasing you, or themeparks in the sky, hovering on top of waterparks on giant cruse ships: and such things.

  2. Tiredness True, this is actually true. I had a point, for about two months, I would have false awakenings in my sleep, within false awakenings, mind you. I literally was being tortured by my own brain. That was fun. Yes, your brainwaves are not going to be exhibiting as what you'd find with typical REM sleep [theta, delta predominant], there is more alpha and beta activity going on, so that's going to tire out your brain.

  3. The weird kicks you can get with lucid dreaming: Sex with a person you want to have sex with Making a person you want to see suffer, suffer Other random events....you can fly! flying is fun! I'm sort of glad I don't lucid dream all the time. Save the sex part: see I wish I could do that kind of lucid dreaming all the time.
