Not a literal civil war [a la the Antebellum period], but a figurative civil war, Styx- that's the notion obviously being espoused- but now, of course, I think Styx [by the by] realizes this, and is pointing out the legacy media's attempt to foist the perception into the public that there are stirrings of a literal [as in full-on] civil war, as opposed to what is uttered mostly online, of the "culture war" that's being fought domestically.
