  1. Facts are holds. Facts change. To the deep state facts are still holds, just like with their opponents. You have to hold to the facts that are holds for your position- the less a set of facts has to be re-iterated, as holds, the better- but nevertheless, they are still that which is subject to change, unless the hold/fact is insuperable (like "fact, we need oxygen to live"). But if it is not, and it's a simple hold like "it's a fact that statistics show 40% of Americans think Trump is racist" -- that fact can easily change, and hence is a shitty hold.
