The window where you could meet a province type girl is quickly disappearing and like Bo says, you have to live there, be familiar with the people and then, maybe, just maybe, you can meet an honest, good hearted woman. But, and it's a big but, the laws in the country can definitely go against a foreigner. The Philippines says that kids must take care of their parents and family. So if you marry one, you are legally responsible for helping her family. They know that and the family members will crawl out from the forests and under rocks, if they hear someone married a foreigner, just to get a piece of the pie. If you have a strong Filipina, she may hold them back, not really wanting to lose money that belongs to you and her, but they are raised to help the family.

  4. There are young men that come from places where women are totally wrapped head to toe, they have no clue what a woman even looks like. They leave and come to countries where women walk around half dressed. These young men must go into testosterone overload. Add porn to that and the fact that these men and women don't speak the same language, that adds to the men seeing these women as just objects that parade around half naked and flirt or give the impression that they want the men to go after them. Many women from those countries that come to the US and other countries still wear all the full coverage garments. Not many men here from here or outside are interested in those women, so they go for the half clad women. I went to a farmers market today in Virginia and was blown away by the number of young teenage blonde girls that are tatted out, pierced everywhere and wearing next to nothing. What is with their parents to allow them to do that before they are adults. These kids want it all from young, but haven't developed the values they should have by 18 or 21.
