  1.  @thomasjmitchell2306  The crime is that he used campaign funds to pay off Cohen. While Cohen paid Stormy $130k, the his the payback in monthly payments of $35k totaling about $450k to Cohen. To hide the payments, they were listed as “legal expenses” and Cohen paid income tax on the $450k.

The ONLAy way Trump isn’t convicted in this case is if he wins the election and makes the case disappear. Which begs the question, if he did nothing wrong, well then let’s see the evidence so that we can judge for ourselves. What do you suppose he’s afraid of??!

Then he became an AUSA again, went to the public sector for a couple of years, then became an AUSA again, until going back to the Hague, stepping down in 2022. He was then made special prosecutor.

Jack Smith was appointed Special. Prosecutor in this matter by the Head US Attorney who was appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate. As such, the US Attorney has the authority to appoint a Special Prosecutor in a particular matter. The claim is crap..

What were the reasons given for the lower valuation? Did they give one? Did they ask? Have any other neighbors had similar valuation problems? Do they know? Too many variables to determine if legit beef.
