  12.  @MarvinHowellMecho23  Yes Marvin, I’m familiar with redlining. I am also familiar that it has been against the law since the late 60s. If you want to sue the banks guilty of this practice, be my guest. It was their greed that perpetuated it. (Although I will also point out that banks set up specifically to cater to redlined areas have repeatedly failed. Also, what criteria will you use to determine who gets paid. I would assume they would have to show they had the then present ability to qualify for a loan BUT FOR the redlining. Law Enforcement is going and has gone after lenders and such successfully. But you didn’t give an example of “black town raids?”

  15.  @saahiliyer11  Ah yes, but look at our cheating culture in this country. Today, if the man was hungry, he could fish, but why not let others fish and steal their fish when they’re not looking. Or better still, the man could figure out a way to dam the water and trap all the fish without having to actually fish himself.

  19.  @saahiliyer11  Oh and have you seen salary increases compared to inflation numbers lately? Financially stable jobs are disappearing with the middle class. But I am with you. The change must come first from within and at the foundation. So then you are not advocating individual payments. You’re talking about restructuring education funding and diverting resources to schools in lower socioeconomic areas. Right?
