  33. Jesus People!! Don’t you see that we are ALL to blame for the state of our affairs. You know as well as I do, if the reinstituted the draft today, or made military service compulsory, there would be an exodus of the age eligible population that would make our current immigration issues pail by comparison.But b it’s not just military service we don’t respect any more. Look at teachers, most of whom need 2 jobs to make ends meet. Why? Well, look at who we DO pay ungodly sums of money to in our society. While the military dwindles and the teachers strike to get a living wage, WE. - ALL OF US - pay millions upon millions of dollars to people who dribble, hit, carry or kick around a confined space and to even mediocre singers, bad actors and vacuous talking heads. What WE, all of us, as a society value most is being entertained! We can’t blame that on anyone without blaming OURSELVES too!
