@ursamajor6347 It’s been tried and has failed.
2
Oh get over yourself. Nobody hates you. Nobody cares enough. Everyone is way too busy thinking about themselves to notice anyone else. Plus, BLM was a fraudulent organization, the founders of which stole millions of dollars! Not the best look.
2
@tonyjones1560 To where?
2
Then boy are you in trouble
2
@anthonyhairston4050 Defamation requires a FALSE statement presented as fact that damages reputation. The teacher didn’t make any false statements. Remember, the standard for assault is the reasonable apprehension on the part of the victim, NOT what the aggressor intended. The girl is the one who started this and you KNOW she wasn’t civil about it. What is so complicated about this? You DON’T need to behave that way and if you do, don’t be surprised at the negative consequences.
2
@SagesseNoir The girl was 100% WRONG!
2
@RolexGucci-dz2yj I think you are missing the point.
2
@Brooklyn1758 I see. And on what basis do you say that?
2
@divalink007 Be aide it’s on the video………?
2
@divalink007 It’s on the video.

@elainesewell9921 OK. This is an opportunity. You accuse me of having a “dirty black heart”. Why? What have I said that was indicative of a “dirty black heart”? Because I have concern for a weeks old infant who can’t protect himself? Because I think it’s irresponsible for a new mother to be running around in the middle of the night with a weeks old infant in tow, putting herself in the position of having to get a ride home from a drunk driver? Do YOU think that’s ok? Or is it because I think people are personally responsible for the consequences of their actions? YOU don’t? Or is it simply because you don’t agree with me and your posts are the equivalent of a mini tantrum. Think about it. Ask yourself what it is about what I said that prompted you to say I have a “dirty black heart”.
2
Because they can’t. He has immunity, remember?
1
@charlesstevensEnki No. Defeated in battle, then enslaved, then sold, then sold again.
1
@charlesstevensEnki So it would have been better to die a slave in Africa?
1
@charlesstevensEnki I prefer to study history to understand what has gone before and not to drum up moral indignation of what happened 200 years ago.
1
@charlesstevensEnki To call them what?
1
My god! Get a grip! Reconstruction was about bringing the southern states back into the union and rebuilding the south after the war. Why must you think everything is all about you??
1
stopthecrazyguy There’s no way to determine legality without the answers to those questions. If he were driving too slow in the fast lane, that’s a violation of the GA vehicle code and thus probable cause to stop the bus. Once stopped, officers approach bus and dog’s air sniff trigger alerts to the possible presence of illegal substances, which gives them probable cause to search the bus.
1
Separating how?
1
Neither did you.
1
@deniseedwards8238 Neither have you.
1
No one thought DEI or CRT was a good idea except those that have profited off of it!
1
You have a corner of the selfishness market already!
1
@sharonwilliams4330 Innocent people?? Really?
1
@sharonwilliams4330 Oh Come On! The Tamil Rice shooting was indeed a tragedy, but that wasn’t an example of police brutality. It was an example of miscommunication and misunderstanding. The kid was walking around IN PUBLIC pointing a “gun” at people. OK, it turned out to be an air gun, but how was anyone other than Tamir supposed to know that? What I wonder is how a 14 year old couldn’t figure out that was a bad idea.
1
@sharonwilliams4330 Who will you name next? Trayvon Martin? Total fiction. Martin was a violent thug who attacked Zimmerman, not the other way around. Michael Brown? He had committed a strong arm robbery at a 7-11 minutes before his interaction with police. George Floyd? You don’t even want to get me started.
1
The scary thing is what this nonsense is doing to the integrity of our judicial system. Pretending that all this is just part of the normal machinations of the court is insane! This is despicable. They are destroying us!
1
@Gullahbae Are you kidding?
1
@larrygreen5597 You need a better grasp of history.
1
Umm. The policies were changed.
1
@garrettstitt5489 More like the contracts are made subject to policy. With each election comes the possibility of policy change. The board is elected, i.e. (at least theoretically) they represent the wishes of the people. And the rule is the people get to change their minds in a democracy. The Superintendent is hired, not elected, by the board. to carry out its policies. So if the policies change…..
1
Yeah. Wish she’d been “admirable” BEFORE she got in a car with drunk driver, no safety restraints, and her NEWBORN.
1
@willgetbettereventually124 It’s called child endangerment. Look it up.
1
@MarzannaMorana But you’d be fine letting the drunken mother babysit???
1
@MyDestiny1104 That’s right, you can’t. And you can’t justify what the mother did. What is it that seems so difficult to understand about the law? Do you know why we have them? Do you know that following them is NOT optional, it’s mandatory? we choose our own actions. Therefore, we are responsible for those actions and the consequences they bring, good or bad. When you violate the law, that is your choice. What right is it you think someone who has broken the law has to dictate by anything. She’s the one who blew it. Don’t blame the cops for doing their jobs. Do you know what the purpose of child endangerment laws are? It’s to protect children from abuse or negligence by the adults around you them. Child endangerment applies when an adult Willfully permits or causes a child to be put in a dangerous situation. Can you say she did not do that?
1
@MyDestiny1104 I have done those things and not been caught (thank god). I think we all have, but that doesn’t mean it’s right. Had I been caught, I would have recognized that it was my fault and my choice and would have taken the punishment.
1
Don’t be silly. There’s nothing to sue for.
1
Evanston will likely be it.
1
The changes to the DC Criminal Code would have LOWERED the penalties for a number of violent crimes such as car jacking. Good idea?
1
But it wasn’t hers.
1
@tinacanino4096 I never said it was.
1
@tinacanino4096 How do you know that? They didn’t explain the circumstances.
1
@tinacanino4096 And yes, they are doing it out of the goodness of their hearts.
1
For remaining in a situation WITH her child that resulted in his shooting!! Come on Roland! This is ridiculous!
1
@amywilliamson1979 Neighbors should be charged for being concerned about her and her child’s safety?? Great reasoning there.
1
That fox beatch should be fired for calling all immigrants “terrorists”!
1
“Snatched” how?
1
There is no need for an anti-black bill. Educate yourself before you speak!
1
She’s not going to sue anyone and she’s doing a great job of stopping herself.
1
@shirleytrent9684 Thats ridiculous. There’s no reason that talk to her. She did all the talking needed. What’s she going to sue for? The fact nobody cares about her opinion? She needs to grow the hell up and learn how to act right.
