  14. Why in hell do you keep harping on the “qualified immunity” red herring issue. It is of no consequence whether it exists or not, NO ATTORNEY is going to sue a cop alone without the deep pockets of the city/state on the other side too. Why? Because we don’t PAY cops enough to have anything to take, and attorneys don’t work for free. Whatever money the cop has will go to their defense attorney. Surely you don’t think Mr Crump is out there battling for civil rights, do you? He’s out there cleaning up, making a fortune with those extortion cases none of which will go to trial. Why? Because trial is too damn expensive. It’s cheaper to settle without determining liability. Mr Crump, of course will take 1/3 + costs and all “spokespeople” will take their cut. Forget the qualified immunity issue.

This incident happened a year ago and need I remind you, the officers were also cleared until the progressive extortionists started harassing the AG. This is hardly the first time. Look at BLM’s first poster child case with Trayvon Martin and all the lies and rhetoric that surrounded it. Turns out Trayvon was a thug who attacked Zimmerman, not the other way around. Then there was Michael Brown. The thug who had just robbed a 7-11 before his encounter with the cops. These criminals are painted as martyrs when THEY are responsible for the consequences that ensued. Then, of course, there was the Floyd travesty. It’s all been laced with BS and omitted relevant facts. It’s like crying wolf over and over again.
