The fact is she got in the teacher/administrator’s face to the point where she was going to call the police and 2) Assault is the reasonable apprehension of offensive physical contact or harm. She doesn’t have to actually touch her to be guilty of a crime.

No thought of the social compact or the duties that are owed to society, only what society, they perceive owes them. We won’t survive as a major world player if we don’t start listening instead of telling; giving instead of taking; uniting instead of dividing in hate. It’s that simple.

It is no doubt the product of subconscious awareness of the change that is coming throughout the world. We see the effects of climate change accelerating all around us. Economic systems are precarious and the future is more uncertain than it has been in some time. Add to that the fact that our education system has been dumbed down to the point of kids graduating from high school barely able too readily for the last couple of generations. Everybody has strong political feelings one way or way or another but they know nothing about the issues, choosing instead to fall for superficial, over-simplified conclusions spoon fed to them by self-interested opportunists. Our democratic republic hangs in the balance nonetheless. If a convicted felon is elected or regains power through another violent insurrection in the coming months, our constitution will be re-written to suit those in power who will, I guarantee you, be most concerned with what is best for them. There will be no more protesting, no more “police brutality” discussions, christian religion back in schools and government, and definitely no special treatment except for those in control. We will lose the rights and privileges we have now and there will be no way to get them back. You will have supported your own undoing.

That is on them. The driver likely said sit in the back so that he could see them coming if they tried something. Listen to the dialogue. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU for making this about race!!
