@joesheridan9451 Thanks for this Joe, appreciate it man. The purpose is to get the territorial tax benefits and I realize that the accommodation has particularly shot up in price, but wages are still relatively very low and cost of living (if you would agree) is reasonable. Although yes the currency is stronger, same with the Dram as well. Good in some respects, bad in others. I have a feeling what you're saying about the "nothing to do" aspect after a month based on the sceneries. Although I could use some quiet time hahah I will say that you're the first saying that people aren't friendly, I had a call with a fella and he was pretty to the point and smiling was not a thing so I understand that part too. Just a different breed. Basically the goal is for tax purposes, safety, experience, need a residence, proximity to other markets to scout out, and not in EU, NATO and from the Russian's perspective they've already secured that border with the two republics there (non-threat). They seem pretty Anti-PC and pro family too which is nice. I understand about the great bargains though, although Batumi looks fairly interesting. Interested in Turkey, Armenia, Montenegro, Andorra and Madeira (Portugal) as well but figured Georgia offers the most holistic benefits. Thoughts?
