I have to laugh too. We have 10 million job openings and 6 million people a month hired. Somehow 20 million is now most American workers?
1
Don’t worry if you have any skills you’ll get a job very quickly. Remember, we have 5,000,000 to 6,000,000 people hired every single month.
1
So you are saying Trump had the worst housing market ever?
1
Just like that 60% housing crash you all said would happen in 2014??? I noticed you all stopped screaming that we have 40% unemployment and that inflation is at 20% for the last 20 years…. LOL
1
@Matt prove him wrong. Tell us what is going to cause a crash where homes lose value by 40-60%??
1
@BuffKangaroo1 they haven't changed the definition of a recession for 80 years. It is still the same.
1
@BuffKangaroo1 what did they change? The simple fact is you don't know because they didn't.
1
@BuffKangaroo1 that is the definition of unemployed not having a job and looking for one.
1
@tobyk5149 I just posted facts.
1
5,000,000 to 6,000,000 people get hired every single month why are you so lazy?
1
Well 33,000 for closures is the most ever seen and it is because of the extreme high interest rates of 3% making it impossible to afford the house they bought years ago.
1
@unbiasedrealestate2809 but these experts say this is worse than 2008 and the numbers 100% confirmed it…..LOL
1
But 2015 was to be a great year to buy after the housing crash in 2014……. Why wasn’t it a good year then?
1
Unemployment was at 40% under trump
1
@tobyk5149 Georgia. But in most states even California has homes that price.
1
Said the same thing n 2014
1
@robinsonmertilus5232 well many of this massive foreclosures increase is from 2019
1
Sadly, that is a myth. Most people only have one job. The number of people working multiple jobs is very low.
1
@courtneymeyers82 anecdotal.
1
February 2009 we had three times the number of layoffs
1
We have 5-6 million people hired each month if you can’t get a job it is because something is wrong with you.
1
@lasurfette7830 I did now what?
1
Shouldn’t be worried they’ll get a job no problem
1
@jhall2264 all far better than rent.
1
February 2009 we had 186,000 layoffs in 2024 weeks ha 86,000 less than March 2023. still no collapses happened no recession
1
@irfaankalamadeen9823 people buy less than the average price of a home.
1
That’s not surprising those dollar stores overbuilt themselves
1
@tylerian4648 Trumps oil drilling bans are being felt now.
1
@tylerian4648 Deflation is extremely bad for any economy and we already had that 1% for far too many years. right now we are where we would be if inflation had been normal for those years.
1
The laid off gets a job almost immediately remember 5-6 million people are hired every single month
1
@Macmood21 it is true in the tech market. We have 8 million job openings.
1
@Uncle-Basil LOL, I love that myth…. Young person: “They are only hiring older people and don't want to teach the newer generation.” Older person: “They are only hiring younger people to pay them less for lack of knowledge.” They both complain and blame each other for their failures.
1
LOL no one stole homes.
1
@shakazulu3594 no they removed homes from deadbeats that could not pay.
1
@erikarommel it is a liberal utopia
1
Foreclosures are at record lows, unemployment is blow 4%, we have 5-6 million people hired each month we have 100,000 less layoffs than February 2009, inflation is back to normal levels of 3%. There is no crash right now.
1
Why do they work? Fox News says well for pays $90,000 a year for every single person on welfare.
1
loL so you think new homes where I live should sell for 50K???? But maybe you are correct all homes should be at 1980’s price and so does rent.
1
@lavoisier2815 the ATM thing was back in 2006. Over all people look at it as a type of retirement to sell it when you retire and have a savings. I have seen home prices be flat. My parents home in California they bought it in 1989 for 88K and sold it for $87K in 1999 and that is after putting $20,000 of modifications into it it last sold in 2020 for $320K.
1
We haven’t been in a recession for many years now
1
Still waiting since it was forecast in 2014.
1
@Aikynbreusov use personal economy……. Then things are extremely good right now.
1
@Aikynbreusov I have and they don’t show it.
1
@Aikynbreusov pretty busy here with new businesses being built and and is busy.
1
@Aikynbreusov no we make close to $110K working class household.
1
Jim Brauski I work in HVAC. But I understand that you don’t like people that disagree about the “housing crash” or that we are in a recession for 14 years. Hell unemployment is extremely low with over 6-7 million people a month being hired.
1
@Aikynbreusov making that in GA and own a home and two cars saving about $2,000 every month. No debt but the house. Doing great on that income with a family of 4 and a mortgage of $730 a month.
1
@Aikynbreusov it is at all levels and in all sectors 6-7 million every month.
1
Jim Brauski I was asked to look at my own economy not the nation. The fact is unemployment is extremely low, layoffs are extremely low, there is 6-7 million people hired a month, it takes an average of 18 days to sell a house, and inventory is extremely low just to name some things. Things are great with me the economy is doing ok but it is not the best.
1
Sadly, he is an example of someone that doesn’t do math math
