  1. Funny how in 2022 it was 64% living paycheck to paycheck and in 2023 it is 60% how is a decrease of 4 points an increase? You can always out spend your paycheck.

  2. I lived through three also 2001 Bush Jr, 2008 Bush Jr, 2020 Trump. It doesn’t feel like it and those recessions were easy times also so I don’t see the big deal even if we enter one.

  6. Average home in 1970 was 1500 square-foot the average price for 1500 square-foot house today is 248,000. That is very much affordable. Average price of a 2500sqft home is $390K.
