  5. Microsoft has focused on and moved more to Corporate audience. For home users it is stressful and difficult conceptualising the features functions and navigating and UI when they just want to get things done. And then you would have people thousands of miles away searching for answers from various forums such as this, which would partially answer the questions because obviously they would not know the specific problems faced. Then such peoples' only hope is personalised face to face help and training.
