So are we surprised that politicians, who generally are as trustworthy as a lawyer for a used car dealership, choose to exploit this for personal gain? As long as the voters are tribal and/or misinformed, politicians will continue to lie and misrepresent basic facts for their own benefit.

  30. Law, justice and morality are not the same. In fact, you'll experience that they're sometimes mutually exclusive in our society. A little bit of civil disobedience and taking matters into your own hands is a good thing. Especially if it puts the fear of God into the people that oppress and exploit us all. Disagree? Go through history and ask women, slaves, native peoples, people of colour, gays etc whether or not the law has provided them with justice.

How many soldiers have actually been held responsible for their specific crimes? How many politicians for lying us all into an illegal war? How many commanders have been tried by the ICC in the Hague? So yeah, Joe Biden (among many others) is a fucking hypocrite and wants to bleed Russia dry, but only if it solely costs Ukrainian lives and livelihoods.
