  13. In all fairness, Ukraine didn't meet the qualifications (mostly economically.) They were on track to do so over time however which is why Putin decided to attempt this obvious bluff now before they got there. Regardless, they don't need to be part of NATO for countries to assist in their defense.

Going over to help won't change that. The protesters best chance of accomplishing anything significant is to continue drawing attention to the matter here in hopes of eventually putting enough pressure on the government to at least stop assisting Israel with their ethnic cleansing campaign.

  24. I'm not sure I understand your question but at such a low payout, the expected value of a ticket would be far below it's cost and thus not worth playing. It's not until the jackpot reaches ~$1.9B that the expected value becomes greater than the ticket cost (assuming only one winner.) Basically, you take the lump sum payoff minus taxes (at least ~37%) and compare it to the total possible number combinations times $2. If the former is greater than the latter and there's only one winning ticket, then each potential number combination will account for more than $2 worth of the prize (edit: on average) while only costing $2 to play.

DOGE is just 20 people with an average age of 22, all with backgrounds in tech/AI (not a single auditor), who are just feeding data into an AI program and cutting whatever it says to.
