It's not illegal in and of itself to leak such drafts as they are not classified information. The leak will likely only face professional consequences.

Yep, they'll soon go from 49th in education to 50th... and there was much rejoicing...
2
Bernie's only really popular with the vocal minority of the party. The silent majority have no interest in replacing one delusional radical for another (Trump for Bernie.) If the leaders of the Dems want any chance at all at beating Trump, they'll have to go with Bloomberg.

@angelabaiers5055 Calling something you don't want to hear false with no argument to back it up doesn't work for our President and it won't work for you. If you can't be bothered to back your claim with an actual argument, don't make it. It's childish and, as it does with our President, makes you look foolish...

Can't be bothered to double check his AI program's list of cuts leading to 750 essential nuclear facility safety workers along with a bunch of immigration workers needed for the deportation plan getting fired... then gets his official government website hacked within days of launching it... I feel awful safe with him having access to sensitive data... not.

Concerning these hostilities, few if any so far. The rocket spam is meant to force Israel to use ~$40,000, slowly produced missiles to intercept ~$1,000 (on average) garbage rockets that are easy to manufacture. If some actually get through it would just be a bonus. The goal is attrition and the eventual depletion of the "iron dome" missiles to clear the way for more powerful missiles supplied by Palestinian allies (or directly fired by said allies) that are currently being held in reserve.
2
They're also 49th in education about to be 50th...

Peaceforall If it wasn't for Trump, only around 100k Americans would be dead... Edit: Because of his lying to State Governors and Mayors of high population density cities about it being nothing to worry about, proper actions to prevent early spread were not taken. That's why we have one of the highest infection rates in the world. Were it closer to average, our lower than average mortality rate would have led to about half as many deaths.
2
I don't know about that now that the debate is over. Even Fox analysts were admitting she beat him. Personally, his fear of, and desire for approval from Putin was made very apparent by his own words. It was painful to watch as an American.
2
Perhaps. Not with this bill though. It's far more legit than the previous two.
2
At least it's cost him 20%+ of his net wealth so far... and rising.
2
The Constitution gives power over holding elections to the states. It's one of the few rights they have left. If Texas is ok with drive through voting, then that's that. If anything, they should aplaud the judge for defending their state right.
2
If you ever get any parasites, remember that you have no right to do anything to harm or remove them as they have a right to feed on you regardless of your wishes.
2
If jewish people want to avoid such persecution over this, they should openly disavow the actions of Israel. Those who don't, risk being seen as tacit supporters of Israel's genocidal campaign against Palestinian civilians.
2
Thankfully the blank check provision was left out... Sorry Donnie, you'll have to wait for a reconciliation bill to skyrocket our national debt again.
2
Nah. The law is practically unenforcible due to it's vague wording (it uses "in or near" but does not specify what distance constitutes "near.") As long as one doesn't step foot on the forbidden properties and doesn't impede travel to and from those properties, a first year law student could get such charges dismissed.
2
Another is his total disregard of the law/arrogant belief that it shouldn't apply to him.
2
They are talking quite a bit about the only the important accomplishment he's had. He has single-handedly destroyed the Republican party. He should be proud. The Dems have been trying for decades to pull that off and it only took Donnie three years...
2
Get used to disappointment.

Considering the lopsidedness between the Russian invasion forces and the Ukraine defense, the Russian military has done a pretty poor job so far. They've taken significantly more time and losses than they should have with this and shown themselves to not be a force for countries on a more even footing with them to be concerned about. Had Biden had the balls, we could have sent air power only and forced a Russian withdrawal with little effort or losses. A handful of our A-10s alone could have wiped out half their forces in a day when they got hung up in that ridiculous stalled convoy.

When former President Trump decided to partially comply with the subpoena, he gave investigators all the probable cause they would ever need to get the search warrant. They have evidence that at least 30 boxes of records were sent to Mar-a-Lago. He only turned over ~15 boxes to the National Archives when subpoenaed. Those boxes contained Presidential records from his term (which he could only have had if he had violated the Presidential Records Act) along with classified documents (also a crime to have had in his possession if not officially marked as being declassified) mixed in. Since, it was known that he had not turned over everything, getting a search warrant to look at whatever he still possessed for the types of records he had turned in was a slam dunk. He most likely ignored advice from his lawyers when it came to the subpoena since they would have told him that, unless he was prepared to turn it all over, he shouldn't turn any over as that would give the investigators all the probable cause they would need for a warrant.
2
What's even more shameful is how many people make claims and assumptions about this bill having never read it for themselves...
2
He doesn't like himself...at least not anymore.
2
I can't really agree there. What if a state's women vote 51% to 49% to have it be illegal? Even if there were a much larger difference, how is it right to overrule a woman's own decision on the matter? There are plenty of subjective arguments but the law should not be subjective. Minority views should still matter especially if the difference is close. Currently ~48% of the population thinks abortion should be legal with some restrictions. How is it right for the other ~52% to dictate otherwise when it's a decision that won't even effect most or all of them?
2
Donald Trump the private citizen is not being impeached. Impeachment is an administrative process/punishment that only pertains to one's role (current or future) as a professional government official. It has no effect on one's role as a private citizen. In this case it's similar to deciding whether or not to revoke someone's medical license for something done when they were a practicing doctor even if they aren't currently practicing. The outcome won't affect that person's role as a private citizen. It will only come into play if they should want to resume their practice at some point.

Read it...

If he has found all these things, why is DOGE fighting being subject to FOIA? They should stand and deliver. Transparency and all that.

Long live the tyrants...

@debslee3165 The court is supposed to be impartial. He can fly whatever he wants, but that doesn't necessarily mean there won't be professional consequences for choosing what they fly poorly.
2
You and everyone else will know when/if he's indicted. Until then, the affidavits should remain sealed (or at least heavily redacted) just like with other criminal investigations. The trial phase is where warrant challenges belong.
2
We aren't talking about Congress, we're talking about a SCOTUS Justice. They're required to be as impartial as possible. Members of Congress aren't. A SCOTUS Justice allowing a flag with both religious connotations as well as a strong association with particular political party to be flown on their property is...concerning.
2
If they keep on the tyranical path they're on, there will eventually be some loons out there who will be more than happy to to remove the "long" aspect from their appointments.
2
Yeah, Gore eventually conceded for the good of the country. Trump however is actively doing as much as he can to sabotage our national security before he goes...
2
Nope. You should actually read it before making such proclamations.
2
I doubt they're seriously considering it. In the past, the end result of such changes had very little effect. Nowhere near enough to make up for the public backlash they caused. It's more likely that they're just floating the idea around as misdirection. They might make a half-assed attempt at it for the same reason but it's not going to be high on their list of priorities.
2
Sorry but there's no way any judge in their right mind is going to compromise the effectiveness of an investigation by revealing important information from the affidavits while said investigation is still ongoing. The unredacted affidavits will be unsealed when/if former President Trump is indicted. Just like with other criminal investigations.
2
And break our word to defend them like we agreed to If Russia ever invaded them? If we can't keep our word, what good are we? If they want to keep fighting for their survival, then we support them. Besides, i we just allow Russia to have their way, it will be extremely detrimental to us and the free world in the long run. They will never stop unless they are stopped and they're weak now. If allowed to be successful, they will only get stronger and other countries will face their oppression. Countries full of children.
2
@DBMorris Even so, the full vote count was completed prior to 12/1/20 with the vast majority of it being finished within two weeks of the election. The rest of the time was spent letting various deadlines for things like military votes, provisional votes, etc. expire. Which was necessary before the count could be officially considered complete. (The latter is the reason so many states, including California, were stuck at 99% reporting up until certain dates.)
2
Tesla's crashing because it's valued at 6 times it's real value (~$45/share). Tariffs or not, it's going to fail.
2
That or those he owes money don't think he did enough damage the first time to warrant forgiving the full amount.

Russia...

Years ago races were rarely ever as close as they currently are in some states. The initial quick counts that get/got released early are notoriously inaccurate (usually somewhere in the 1% range.) Most of the time, that's not much of an issue since most races end up with a victory margin of well over the expected inaccuracy rate. However, these days many races are close enough to make slow, accurate counts necessary.
2
It will take eight to twelve years to undo the damage he's done in under two months...

Among the 50 states, South Dakota ranks 8th in covid deaths/100k while being 6th lowest in population density. California's deaths/100k is ~30% lower with a population density ~2,500% greater. Also, SD accounts for 0.37% of total US (edit: covid) deaths while making up only ~0.27% of the US population. That's nothing to brag about.
2
It's as legal as trying to change your vote after being contacted and pressured by one of the candidates.
2
Quit hiding from the tariff story with fluff like this Fox. You have nothing on your channel about it yet. 🐔
2
@WhyHandleYouTube This isn't about the truth. It's about Trump's legal team wanting to see information which could potentially allow them to compromise the effectiveness of the investigation along with the News Media caring more about ratings than the integrity of said investigation. There's no reason Trump or we the people can't wait until an indictment to see the unredacted affidavits. Just the same as with other criminal investigations.
2
Here's an even better twist. The claims made in the report have since been backed with evidence and corroborating testimony from many people. Whether or not there's a whistle-blower is irrelevant.
2
Considering that Lincoln violated the Constitution far more often than any other President, his quote probably isn't the best one to use...
