Look at the thousands of M1A1s that the US still has sat stored,it's a 40 year old tank. And as for Russuan tanks being up to M1a3 level. Not a chance. Those M1a1s and C2s are holding up against latest level tech whereas the Russian T-62/T-72 doesn't. Also those old Russian tanks need crews regardless of how many they can throw into the fray,why waste them in a T-62.
