  2. That diff cover has provisions for a cooler (or is that just two different fill positions???)...I guess we know what your next job on this truck will be...and if I were the owner I would get the remote shock reservoirs mounted in a less vulnerable spot.

  5. More manufacturers need to make access panels above the fuel pump...this is so much work for a simple task....for comparison, my subaru had to bolts to remove back seat, seat bottom, and then a nice little panel above the fuel pump.

  7. That torque wrench is a fail. It takes too many button presses, additionally it tells you that you have reached dialed in torque...before you reach the dial in torque, I realize there are two tones, but the final comes on prior to desired torque. That Kmart torque wrench you have has a better HMI (Human Machine Interface) design then that gearwrench.

  18. Interesting side note, the first draft of the declaration had an entire paragraph condemning slavery. Obviously the southern delegates wanted no part of that...but there were some New Englanders as well that would have taken a hit by losing the slave trade...but man we would have been nearly 90 years ahead if they were thinking with their hearts and not their purse strings.

  25. Its been a while since I messed with electric R/C...chop off the noise capacitor and see if that fixes it...the capacitor may be going bad causing a short to ground....

  26. Do you recommend hood struts to the people who have blown out struts? I am guessing they say no, as they never open the hood...because if they did they would replace them immediately.

  27. You are going to really hate how Tesla's learn where potholes are, record it, and upload that info into a database so your tesla will know when it is about to run over a pothole and adjust the suspension accordingly.

Check this out, 2013 Chevrolet Sonic RS, 80K miles...man that sounds like the timing belt is about to go; I have no interest in doing that job, take it to shop...your timing belt is fine, but all three of the engine mounts have loose bolts...so after 9 years they worked themselves loose....bizarre.

  34. Lights mounted on back wall facing down at about 45 degrees, depending on mounting height, provide light which is never blocked by an open hood.....I have a halo of lights in my garage...it is nice.
