  16. Which is the same issue with mail in ballots, who is going to count them? This why, we must have poll voting only. Where counts can be tallied by computer. All we need to do is extend voting by one day, hold them outdoors where possible, wear ppe, disinfect machines before use and give americans ample time to get out and vote. Mail in ballots will be a nightmare, and leaves way to much to go wrong that could taint the entire voting process and results. If americans can go to grocery stores, work and mail a ballot. They can also vote in person. Our system is not ready for mail in ballots it will stress the system and could cause a panic.
