These documents were referred to as sources of motivation for the 1998 US embassy bombing and the later 2001 September 11 attacks on World Trade Center. US presence hardly decreased since then, considering the subsequent launch of the "war on terror" which is still ongoing.

However, they reported only one death due to hate crime and that person was Arab. That the rise in their measured online antisemitic incidents didn't translate into violence against jews made me question their quantification and methodology. I now tried to check their 2023 Audit, but it seems they no longer release the audit to the public. A special code is required for download. So I guess they just want us to take their word for it when they claim that antisemitism is continuing to rise.
