  5.  @HHH-nv9xb  I live in the US, and my wife is Japanese. I do have friends and coworkers whose wives are Chinese. Tipping is too common in the US but I haven’t seen it in Asia. My European friends say tipping is rare there.

  8.  @SheikDjibuti-t4b  Yes, I agree with you. My point is that this Bride Price grift only happens in China. Also, I know American men and one European man who have married Chinese women and there was no Bride Price nonsense involved. As far as I can tell these are happy marriages.

  14. It is women’s natural nature to want a man that is taller, stronger, wealthier, a leader, and with higher status. You are asking them to go against their nature. It just isn’t going to happen.
