That should be left to the employer and the worker to decide. The last people I trust to come up with such a number are politicians, most of them have never even had a real world job. There should be NO minimum wage.

Defense of a persons world view to many is seen as a personal attack, and Adam is one of those guys. Pat is the complete opposite, he knows to run into the insecurity and get to the root of it. That will always rub certain people the wrong way.
