You do know you'd be dead now if not for the USA, don't you? The Japanese weren't really taking prisoners. Your ancestors damn well knew it, that's for sure. That's why when MacArthur showed up they worshiped him like a God. So the least you could do was pitch in against the red menace.

Let's not judge other cultures so harshly. I'm sure the Indians were doing the best they could.

@thecloneguyz I put a performance ignition system on a car once and when I tried to time it I got the worst shock I've ever had in my entire life. I've been hit by ignitions before but that ignition it was special. When Mallory says it's Hyfire they're not playing around. The Mallory HyFire needs no introduction yeah you ain't a kidding. It said hello to me anyways. Wake up!

Union Carbide Limited of India was an Indian owned company. Union Carbide Corporation just licensed formulas and processes to them. When it happened the CEO of Union Carbide Corporation did not even know the plant existed. But his first instinct was to go there and learn as much as he could. Only to be imprisoned by the real responsible party. The Indian government! Who did their damnedest to railroad him. So I don't blame him for not going back to be their scapegoat.

Why should the Union Carbide Corporation clean up a site they never owned?
1
That's India for ya.
1
Yes Union Carbide LLC of India. who had absolutely no connection whatsoever to Union Carbide International. Two totally different companies. One was basically an Indian knock off brand. they did license formulas from Union Carbide International. UCI also consulted., But that company was 100% Indian owned and operated. Obviously.

When they say smoking is bad for your health they're not kidding.
1
Too bad Union Carbide Limited of India was an Indian owned company and had nothing to do with Union Carbide Corporation besides some licensing agreements.

@DS.proudkiwi an electric fence is a special case where high voltage is limited to a safe current. That's why you're still here. The voltage is high enough to overcome your resistance but the current is low enough it doesn't do serious damage to you. It just hurts like the dickens. That's all by design. Other high voltage circuits designed for other applications are not always like that. They need more power so the current has to be higher. Then you're in trouble. Or all your troubles will cease. One of the two.

the output of any ignition system is not 12 V. 12 V isn't going to ignite anything. The voltage is stepped up by the ignition coil to at least 12,000 Volts. Some coils have a step up ratio far higher than that. As it takes more voltage to bridge a gap at higher atmospheric pressure. More dense air is just harder to pass a spark though. An internal combustion engine compresses air before it ignites an air fuel charge too. Suck, squeeze, bang, blow are the 4 cycles, Spark happens after squeeze and causes the bang

How can I be wrong when what you said just confirms what I said? The problem here is you don't know what current really is. I will tell you the definition of what one ampere is. One ampere is one coulomb of electrons flowing past a point in one second. Now can you figure out how I'm right? Are you at least that intelligent? I could have just told you but I'm more interested in your intellect right now. I honestly don't care if you understand any of this. You clearly do not. But now you do have enough info to understand this aspect of things. How can pulsing current control current? One little electron, two little electrons. Start counting them kiddo!

The people responsible was the Indian government. They weren't about to punish themselves, now were they? They owned and operated the plant. It wasn't owned by Union Carbide International. It was owned by Union Carbide Limited of India. But you'd never know that watching this BS video. It promotes the lie the India government tried to propagate. That some horrible American company was responsible. Wrong! No it was Indians being Indians that caused all of this. On top of it the disaster was an act of worker sabotage. It was no accident that water went into that tank. There was no faulty valve that caused it. That's a complete fabrication.
1
@goawayleavemealone2880 Union Carbide did not own that plant. It was an Indian operation. Though in the aftermath the Indian government tried to make it out that the plant was owned by Union Carbide. That's a lie. They were just passing the buck of a disaster they were responsible for. Union Carbide Limited of India only licensed formulas from Union Carbide. Union Carbide told them to do repairs too but in typical Indian fashion all of that advise went unheeded. A 3 foot section of gas line could have prevented it all from happening. Oh and it was no accident that water went into that tank either. There was no faulty valve. It was an act of sabotage. This video leaves out a lot of facts. Parts of the truth are here though. Like the downturn in the market. But they didn't explain what that caused at the plant. They had too much material in the tanks. Being as they weren't producing and selling product.
1
@goawayleavemealone2880 Union Carbide Limited of India was its own company with nothing to do with Union Carbide International. When it happened the president of Union Carbide had never even heard of this plant. But he immediately jumped on a plane and flew to India to find out what was going on. Where he was promptly jailed by the Indian government and blamed for a disaster the Indian government itself was responsible for.
1
It was Union Carbide Limited of India Not Union Carbide Corporation. That plant in Bhopal was 100% Indian owned and operated. Obviously. But the Indian government was involved so of course they tried to pin it all on a US corporation. Duh! And dopes like you fell for it. Congratulations!

Juliane is clearly a superior human being.

When it happened the Indian government tried to make American companies the fall guy for it all but it was an Indian operation. That plant was built by Indians, run by Indians and owned by Indians. Union Carbide Corporation licensed them formulas and did consulting work that went totally unheeded. UCC told them to not only repair that flare gas line but upgrade it. Management at Union Carbide Limited of India completely ignored that advise. Besides that the event itself was caused by employee sabotage. There was no water line going to that tank for there to be any kind of a leaky valve. So the video you watched here is total BS. One of the workers there took a hose and threw it into that tank.
