  17. There are many many people that admitted under oath that they knew the plan beforehand and did nothing to stop it. Unless every single one is charge as an "Accessory Before the Fact" or "After the Fact" then he has failed in the prosecution of all crimes involved. One set of rules for them, one set for us.
