Even if "Stalin" followed Putin, it would take considerable time to consolidate power and unity. This is what makes Putin such lethal an adversary. Putin has unified the Russian people and government and military. Putin and the Russian State, in time of war, faces a deeply divided adversary and an incoherent leadership.
