And the sick thing is, she was right. He DID go back to her, shockingly quickly after the murder. So he's hardly innocent in all of this, although obviously she's the guilty one.

  14. That so rarely happens, though. More often than not, the courts will bend over backwards to protect the identities of murderous police officers. I just got done researching several such cases where the name of the officers who killed black men in cold blood STILL aren't known. What's the point in having a system of law, when those meant to enforce the law operate outside of it entirely?

  22. I completely disagree. She knew EXACTLY who he was, and was happy to aid and abet him before he got caught. He even left her alone for several hours after they got home, and yet she still didn't call the police. Also, she was legally obligated to testify, they weren't married, so spousal privilege doesn't apply. Same applies to the interrogation. You don't get brownie points for doing the bare minimum of basic human decency, especially if it's done only after you've exhausted every other option.

Also there's some good news I think you'll really be interested in: it turns out that women actually don't get lighter sentences than men do. I know, right? I was shocked, too. The truth is that there's a gazillion different factors that go into sentencing a convict, you can't just look at the gender of the convict and nothing else. There's other stuff to consider, like: did they plead out or not? Were they sentenced by a jury, or a judge? Were they a first time offender or a recidivist? Were they a major cog in the criminal operation, or just a small bit player? And so on, you get the idea. According to the mathematical model, if women were held to the exact same sentencing guidelines as they do for men while ignoring all of those other contextualizing get factors, women would actually serve slightly LESS time in prison than they currently do. Seriously, this is about the single most exhaustive, comprehensive, and objective breakdown of sentencing data that you're probably ever gonna find. I highly recommend that you read it.   28. How do you know he DIDN'T pressure them? Lots of people pointed right to her, but the police just kept brushing it under the rug and outright refused to investigate. They probably threatened him into silence by saying he'd be arrested himself if he didn't stop calling in to report her. Those pigs sheltered her for decades. Just like they do for every other murderer on their payroll.

Sarah has been sending nonstop letters birtching at the lawyer AND the judge, accusing them of deliberately keeping her in prison longer than she has to and spreading her info all over the internet, claiming it's illegal when it's literally Florida law that says all criminal cases must be made available to the public. She accused the judge of conspiring with youtubers like JCS and taking a cut of the video ad revenue. 🤦🏼‍♀️ She's also demanded to file her own legal paperwork and attend every single court meeting, as she thinks she can do a better job at lawyering than her lawyer.

Watching him at the end crying over the loss of Sherri made me feel ill. He doesn't deserve to cry over her, when he betrayed her so badly. I can't help but wonder if she'd still be alive had he not cheated on her with that crazy-eyed psycho.

He straight up admitted in texts and in a phone recording that he'd r@p€d Jodi by penetrating her when she was asleep, and said how much of a turn-on it was to force himself on her. He would text her at 3 AM demanding she read an email he sent, then called screaming at her when she didn't do it right away cuz of course she didn't, it was the middle of the damn night. He constantly berated her, insulted her, and spoke of her as if he despised her, only to turn around and begin happily sexting her hours later. He said a lot of messed up stuff, but we'll never know the true context of it all, as Jodi is even MORE messed up and nine kinds of untrustworthy. Just because he wasn't a sparkling example of a decent human being doesn't mean he deserved to be murdered, but it's disingenuous to say that he was a saint simply because he's no longer with us.
