What did he do at Disney?
76
To be fair, it did look rather anxious.
37
Fruit, cream, parsely, and bone marrow? ...Is this the precursor to Aunt Myrna's party cheese salad?!
24
Somewhere in hades: The devil: "Dammit Janice I worked hard on that recipe!"
18
@TastingHistory 21:15 Is the word you're looking for "astringent"?
17
Those puns are full of hot air. I don't mean to poo-poo on you, but I think you're a bit winded.
15
I bought your cookbook! I have always wanted to make your Roman chicken, and now I just need to find garum and asfoetida 😂
13
These puns are bile. Y'all must be wimple minded.
12
Do you mean chips, or crisps?
11
Ooooo that sounds so tasty 🤤
10
Well, isn't that convenient. "Yeah, the gods totally just want the smell....so we can still eat it. Yeah, that's the ticket."

I'll never understand why southern people are so damn stuffy about their food. I make great biscuits and gravy, but I don't make my biscuits "southern style", so I get way too much crap for it when I made it for people from the south. Same goes for beans in chili. Is it chili? Yes. Is it made in Texas? Yes. Boom, texan chili.

I think that's what it meant, "double double" meant to reduce in half, twice, thus making whatever was in the cauldron SUPER concentrated. But it's just my own personal theory 😅
9
I had had no idea there were any survivors!
9
I really to get an antique bread toaster. It's literally just a huge pair of cast iron tongs that you held the bread slice over the open oven flame like a marshmallow 😂
7
@pokegirl302 Do you have a stove top? You could use a dutch oven.
6
I find it difficult to believe the Spartans placed any value in ANY form of art.
6
@beepboop204 I used to watch Remy Eats, this blond kid who ate anything. Surstromming was one of only two foods he simply could not handle. 🤢 If you're curious, stinky tofu was the other.
6
I wanna make that dessert milk soup that he said tasted like cinnamon toast crunch!
5
I'm convinced that is exactly how stinky tofu and bearded tofu came to be.
5
It's absurd that it's illegal.
5
I'm in CA like you, and I can't stand this heat wave so I've been mitigating it by experimenting with unique homemade ice cream. My favorite is my new recipe for mango saffron ice cream! If you want the recipe lemme know and I'll post it below!
4
83 kid here! Strawberry milk is still one of my favorite things ever.
4
I will never understand the names ye olde timey people gave their desserts. Berry fool, orange fool, syllabub, fruit slump, apple pandowdy...
4
Is it weird that I really like MREs? Sure they're not gourmet, but there's something I find strangely comforting about it. I really enjoy eating them. Plus the chemistry of it is really neat!
3
My favorite halva is made with sunflower seeds!
3
Is...is that a Clefairy cookie jar in the background? Will you marry me?
3
"slippery yet crunchy" is the most vile description for a food ever. I never want to try it.
3
And yet, people take biblical texts as irrefutable truth.
3
@dallasalice1346 I feel dumb for asking, but what's shiner?
3
@chanceDdog2009 Nothing wrong with that, I love me a good pot of beans. My fiance and I are pretty comfortable financially, but he wants me to make beans and rice at least every other week cuz he loves my recipe so much!
3
@TastingHistory I'm a Handel and Rachmaninoff girl, myself 💜
3
Funny how that works, doesn't it? I'm used to grain fed beef and dairy that grass fed tastes bad to me, even though I know grass fed is the "real" stuff and grain fed is unnatural.
3
Also, using the sheep Pokémon plush in back. I see what you did.
3
This is the most viking thing ever. "BRING ME THE HEART OF A BEAST DRENCHED IN ALCOHOL"
3
@gloriouslumi I'd love to have your recipe, same with OP! If you're willing, of course.
2
@postmodpen1169 LOL well it sure didn't stop most people.
2
At this point you're deliberately choosing recipes just to put that hardtack clip in, lol.
2
This is just like my easter hot cross buns without the currants! I make those every year, I don't like fruit in bread so I don't use them. So it should be easy to do this, I even have the orange blossom water! Eeeeee! Yay!
2
5:30 Ummmmmm. Well, it certainly is reminiscent of a type of "bone", all right...
2
Oh come on, live a little!
2
Teh tarik isn't spiced though, it's just strong black tea with condensed milk, then pulled until frothy, isn't it?
2
That was the joke. Congrats on having it go completely over your head.
2
Basically spit.
2
Right??
2
They were not my favorite days. In fact, they were the worst years of my life. That pizza was one of the few things at school I had to look forward to, and I've been hoping for a recipe like this for decades.
2
Oh man, from the thumbnail it looked so tasty, like melted ice cream. But this is just nasty! 😩
2
Isn't he, though?
2
My favorite ice cream is my own creation! It's mango, rose, saffron, and cardamom. It sounds like a weird combo, but it's addictive. Everyone who's had it BEGS me for the recipe.
2
I want him to make Mansaf!
