Did initial survey, turned over logs and the entire computer, due to encryption over, having chain of custody twice over. Thankfully, said service member plead guilty due to the mountain of evidence. Did five long, federal military. Honestly, I'd prefer to have been sentenced to screwing a wood chipper. Military prison ain't a joke, but is hard earned. I'm a retired NCO, trust me on that one.
